2. Orders
2.1. When you place an order you are making an offer to buy goods from us.
2.2. Orders are only accepted once payment has been received and you receive an order confirmation email.
2.3. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (for example due to errors in pricing, product availability, suspected fraud or abuse).
3. Custom & Made-to-Order Products
3.1. Many of our items are made-to-order and printed after purchase.
3.2. Colours shown on screen may differ slightly due to lighting, screen settings and filament batches.
3.3. 3D printed products may contain minor surface marks or layer lines — this is normal for 3D printing and not considered a defect.
4. Custom Designs / File Uploads (If Applicable)
4.1. If you provide a design, STL file or drawing for us to print, you confirm you have the legal right to use that design.
4.2. You accept responsibility for ensuring the file is correct, suitable for printing, and fit for your intended use.
4.3. We may refuse to print any file which appears illegal, unsafe, offensive, or which infringes intellectual property.
5. Pricing & Payment
5.1. All prices are shown in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.
5.2. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
5.3. If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full.
6. Shipping & Delivery
6.1. We ship orders within the UK (and other locations if offered at checkout).
6.2. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes, or events outside our control.
6.3. You must provide a correct delivery address. If an address is incorrect and delivery fails, additional shipping charges may apply.
7. Returns & Refunds
7.1. If you are purchasing standard (non-custom) items, you may be entitled to return items under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
7.2. Custom or personalised items are made specifically for you and are non-refundable, unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
7.3. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue.
7.4. If a return is accepted, items must be returned unused and in original condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
8. Product Safety & Liability
8.1. Some products may contain small parts and are not suitable for young children unless clearly stated.
8.2. Our items are not certified for medical, safety-critical, automotive, aerospace or load-bearing use unless explicitly stated.
8.3. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, injury or damage arising from misuse of our products.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1. All website content, product photos and designs are owned by 3DPrinting.co.uk unless stated otherwise.
9.2. You may not copy, reproduce or resell our content or designs without written permission.
10. Reviews & User Content
10.1. If you submit reviews, images, or other content, you grant us permission to use it for marketing purposes (website/social media), unless you request otherwise.
